A certified personal trainer is here to help! This six-week training program combines mobility complexes, strength training and conditioning drills with your strength and agility in mind.

Through the program you will receive a 12 week periodized plan that will progressively take you through the technical, physical and mental training to complete and compete in your first triathlon race.
