Adult Lessons: Swimming 102

The Adult Swimmer Program is for intermediate swimmers who are just starting out or for swimmers who are looking to improve their strokes as well as their overall fitness and endurance. Participants will work on two interval training workouts of 4 x 25 meters kick and front or back crawl. By the end of the course, participants will be able to perform dive entries and demonstrate breaststroke arms and breathing over 10 to 15 meters. They will also work towards supporting themselves at the surface of the water for 1 to 2 minutes.
