Primal Patterns: Build foundational strength

When is the last time you touched your toes…? Primal patterns is a mobility-based program that will train your body to have strength throughout a full range of motion. You will rediscover how to lift, push, pull and jump … all pain free! With dynamic warm ups, joint mobility and compound strength movements; this class will build your foundational strength and regain your proper function. We will provide you with the tools to learn how to use, develop and maintain your body. A certified personal trainer will be your guide to enhanced movement patterns and higher quality workouts.

The program takes place at the University of Ottawa’s High Performance Centre, one day per week. You will also benefit from a personalized exercise guide to follow.
