In Shape: Women's Weight Training - HPC

If you’re looking to really push it in a Women’s only environment, keep reading. We are proud to offer a true women’s only session, located in the University of Ottawa’s High Performance Centre. You will experience the beauty of full body workouts, with coaching from a Certified Personal Trainer to guide you through the techniques. The focus will be on form, tempo and exercise variation. With a dynamic warm-up, workout and cool-down, this program is the complete package.

This program includes 1 session per week over the course of 10 weeks, for a total of 10 sessions. You will also benefit from a personalized Training Log book with pre-set workouts. This course is reserved for women only.
