This camp is intended as two-fold: an introduction to rugby to new players and a re-introduction to rugby for experienced players in a small group setting. There will be a low athlete to coach ratio throughout the week, maximizing the time athletes have with their coaches.
More experienced players will be challenged to improve their current level of play. Skill development will be organized by age, ability and gender where appropriate. Training focuses on general skills needed by all players while working in specialized positions with a focus on team tactics, both on offense and defense.
