Ready, set, let’s get fit! Come and join your fellow Gee-Gees for a cardio pumping fitness class. This workout welcomes everyone; all you need is great enthusiasm and a willingness to get moving! An invigorating instructor is there to teach you the exercises and keep your motivation up up up! Bring a group of friends or come solo and meet some great people.
Need a little break from studying for midterms? You’re invited to come out and practice your favorite drop-in activities free of charge. Skating, volleyball, martial arts and hockey are only some of the sports available. The best part is that you don’t even need to register in advance. Just show up ready to go at your own pace. Even though winter will soon be upon us, you’ll still have the chance to swim your heart out during public swim hours offered by the University all year long. There are several lane speeds to choose from and you can take a break or stop whenever you want. Don’t forget to bring a towel for afterward!
