We’ve added two new fitness courses for this summer!
Stride to Success will now start in July, giving you an avenue to run under the warm early-morning summer sun. This class will help you improve your running technique as well as boost your speed and endurance allowing you to gain the advantage in any upcoming race. With plenty of races this summer and fall, there is no better time of the year to participate in this seven-week program.
Introducing another brand new course: Push it Like a Pro! If you want to work out but don’t want to miss out on any nice weather, this class is for you! This program features one-hour outdoor group sessions led by an energetic certified personal trainer. This class is suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced level exercisers alike. A wide variety of drills and props will emphasise improving agility, balance, strength as well as cardio-vascular endurance.
