Cardio activity

Getting into the winter months, it’s time to start thinking about cardio! Cold Canadian winters are hard to get through. Staying active will help not only physical fitness but mental fitness as well. Be sharp and ready for exams with our recreation department's Cardio Fitness Activities!

ABT - Abs, Butt and Thighs! Work for an hour on those area’s and feel the burn!

Step and Advanced Step - Intense step cardio workouts available to all. Work your entire body through these cardio routines.

Zumba and Aqua Zumba - Spend an hour dancing and getting fit. If you haven’t tried Zumba, bring a friend! Getting fit to modern dance music, or spice things up with Aqua Zumba. Less impact but just as much fun!

Piloxing and Tae Cardio - Two hybrid workouts that incorporate boxing techniques with free cardio workouts. Be ready to sweat.

TBC - Resistance training that will increase strength, balance and flexibility all on one workout.
