Sports Services offers various Fitness and Wellness programs throughout the year. Our Group Fitness schedule offers a variety of classes from high intensity to calming Yoga Fitness. The Yoga Fitness classes on our drop-in schedule is designed as an introduction to Yoga, giving participants a taste of what Yoga can do for you. These programs are offered on a first come, first served basis.
If you are looking to get involved in Yoga a little more regularly, register to one of our Instructional Yoga courses to guaranty your spot.
Instructional yoga courses are progressive, which means that each lesson builds on what was instructed the class before. You will continue to learn new techniques to aid in enhancing your physical and mental health as you progress through the entire program. The dedication to your progression gives you a great sense of accomplishment as you delve into the deeper and more advanced movements.
