Intramurals: Are you determined to sign up for an activity and meet some new people? This is the perfect opportunity to make new friends, build some team spirit and score some goals! Choose your favorite intramural activity and get your fitness on! Take your pick and choose from a wide range of intramural activities. Want to participate in Canada’s national sport? Then hockey it is! Want to get a great cardio workout while working as a team? Both volleyball and soccer are great choices. Let’s not forget flag football, touch rugby and more!
Programming: In the mood to try something new and exciting? We have the perfect activities for you! Sign up now for martial arts classes that will help you focus on all core aspects of your health! Train your mind, body and soul to achieve your highest potential. Another great program to try is kickboxing. This is a great way to improve muscular endurance while keeping you on your toes! One last great suggestion for programming is our dance classes. Choose from a range of dance styles like ballet, Zumba party and jazz. There is a style and level for everyone! The dance instructors will have you on your feet in no time and show you the moves that you have been dying to learn.
