Our fast-paced lives make it easy for us to forget to take time for ourselves. But that’s exactly when it’s most important to slow down. Wellness Week (November 21 to 25) is an opportunity for professors, staff and other members of the uOttawa community to take a break. All Wellness Week events are designed to help you better care for yourself. Yoga, meditation, massage therapy and pet therapy are just some of the more than 50 free events and contests taking place throughout the week. Take part and you could also win a prize!

In order to better serve the University community, Human Resources, Student Affairs, Student Services and SASS are launching the first phase of the new mental health and wellness website. This site brings together a variety of mental health and wellness resources for employees and students that are available both here on campus and in the community. Accessible and friendly, the site makes it easy for parents, colleagues and friends to find help for a uOttawa employee or student.
